Hi All
Has anyone ever turbocharged a honda carburetor car ?

Mpfi is not cheap in UK, unless you know of a cheap way of doing it.

Carburated turbo setups do not generally work well because you're asking the carb to work well through a very broad range of airflows. Given the price of premium fuel in the UK and the fuel savings I would say it's well worth it to go fuel injected.

Having said that if you must go carb'd then you want a blow through setup not a draw through. See if you can't get some mikuni / solex units designed to run under boost. Stockers are a PITA to seal up properly...

carbs can work fairly well. you will need to "box" the carb meaning, the carb is in a sealed box and you run charge pipes to the box and pressurize the box. this way there is even boost on the outside of the carb and the inside of the carb, meaning you wont get any leaks.

but it would be hard to get a high cfm carb for it
