Update**
I just drove it one more time to have someone else listen to it. On the way home i wanted to see what happened whil moving....
well it does not matter how fast the car is going... because when i step on the cluch and put it in neutral and i rev the rpms up to 4.5k or higher it has that loud grrrrrrrrrrrrr sound.. not a gring but not a rattle... kinda of like a fast rattle..

 

i put my solid hub 3 puck disc in backwards on the old clutch kit (that didnt last long anyway) but the rivets on the disc hub would grind on my flywheel bolts and make quite a bit of noise and somtimes refuse to go in gear. Eventually the grinding stopped altogether.

 

i didnt think it woudl go in backwards. the clutch is flat on one side and raised for the springs on the other side.

 

I never took the oil out of the tranny when i had the motor rebuilt. but no i didnt check the lvl to be sure it was topped off thats what im doing first thing tomarow.. if thats not it ill pull the motor and check the clutch.
