brand new clutch fucked up?
tranny worked PERFECT befor i had the motor rebuilt and i have done nothing to the trany since... except the new clutch kit... someone on H-t said maby its a spring that poped out of the clutch but i cant think thats possible on a brand new clutch
almost the exact same thing happened to me before.
expect it didn`t make THAT much noise.
reason is:

u didn`t lube it up enough and the ACT PP is puting a lot more pressure on it than before.
EDIT:
GOOD LUCK :P

---- this sucks ***... has anyone dropped just the tranny on a h22? there is less room in my accord than in a lude but i seems it woudl be faster to pull the whole motor... anyone?
we worked on Renr`s accord with stock motor, it`s a BITCH to just drop the tranny out by itself. not to mention puttign it back in
i think it will be like 100times easier to take the whole thing out.

here are a FEW VID CLIPS of the noise.. dont worry about what your looking at just listen to the noise. keep in mind that the noise stops when you press the clutch.

i bet the problem lyes in the clutch linkage engagment. there's something wrong with the hydraulic thing that engages the clutch. when i installed my clutch the pedal was as light as a feather and i looked at the tranny and the thing that presses on the fork wasn't placed against the fork. worked good after i put it where it belongs. check the simple things first before you do something major.
