I make it as far as the intake and they always let me go on an unsecured bond, even after my history of FTAs. All I can make of our legal system is that they see I'm white, and I look like I have money for fines. I can't make anything else of it, but it's some sort of selective racism thing? PJCs are supposedly impossible to get for speeding tickets 25 or 30 miles over, but I got one for my 108 in a 55 two years ago.
