Is block filler needed for a 300hp goal? I had heard previously that it would be with stock sleeves.

Just up the boost. Then those large P2W clearances will be justified. lol :P

dosnt look that bad the p2w but the notching is *** and i still would fill it cheap insurance and if you decide to crank the boost up then you know it will hold more then stock

I'm going to pull the pistons and bearings and re-notch this weekend.

I'm going to hold off on filling the block for now.
I knew when i posted my build that HMT would set me straight.
