Middle TN...oh I got a Greddy FMIC and I got it for hella cheap it came with alot of bent fins it should be fine if I straighten them with a fin comb right? Cause I dont see much different in a radiator and fmic and I have combed out many raditor fins and worked fine just didnt know if there was any difference.

If the IC seals and you can straighten the fins it'll be fine.

You'll want Adam Hopkins, I've linked to his HMT account for you. If you think you are closer to ashEVILle, NC, then feel free to come my way. I'm pretty sure Adam's closer, though.

Your friend Joseph Davis is in North Carolina, just a short raping away. He has tuned a couple cars in his day, I would say.

Thanks for the link man. I appreciate it. Now I just need to find a gsr crank so I can start to build this block but is it true I should use b16a pistons since I am running a b16a head?

B-series pistons are generic. Use whatever gets you the CR you are looking for.

No no I am using JE pistons but they have them for a b18c1 block and b16a2 block. does it matter which i order or will it matter since I am using a b16a2 head should i use JE b16a2 pistons in my block to help with valve clearance?

It doesn't work like that. The only thing B-series that has piston to valve problems are VTEC heads with OEM LS pistons. Forget how JE has them listed.

Find a compression calculator. There should be some linked in the Hybrid/Tech forum.
