it didnt have oily sparkplugs when i did the compression test it wasnt doing any of this... so i guess it got worse?

did you do a leak down test on it yet i bet you may have a cracked ring, just a thought

compression test with the gauge left for like 5 mins to see if there is a pressure drop

The threads with oil means your valve cover plug gaskets small o rings are blown. The threads are not in the comubustion chamber. If oil is on the ignitor point of the plug will mean damage in the motor. You sir have a couple bad o rings 10 minute fix.
