Prozac eh, lemme lend my drug info here. Never really fucked with anti depressants, never saw them do anything to anyone that im close to, help ot not help them, so i figured they dont do ----. But as far as adhd medecine, theres this little kid that takes a FUCKLOAD of them, so i snatched them from him, and goddamn does it make you jittery, id otn see how people can like that speedy ----, 'e' pills, meth, speed, crank, and adderall. it makes me feel like a ------ crackhead, i start cleaning no stop and my heart starts racing which CANT be good for me. On another note to depression, i was depressed a while back, you know the staring down a barrel of a gun depressed, i bet you all wish i shot myself, but to no avail. What helps me is painkillers, call me a junky i dont give a ----, but man, oxycontin puts me through my day. it makes me feel like the day was cloudy without it and i blast some and BAM the ------ sun comes out, that kinda feeling. Its ------- great, i recomend you try painkillers if you like a good happy euphoria, which im sure will pull you out of depression as it did me. BTW anyone tried ambien/fentnyl? i got some of those and damn they ---- you UP.

ya I'm as fucked up as most of ya'll I've been taking adhd meds since the fourth grade(think it was Ritalin). it fucked me up cus before that i think i was "happy" maybe just a lil hyper and a problem concentrating on stuff. that ---- did slow me down. Everybody went crazy because i was staying still and doing my work. I took it for a long time and stopped . then on and off.

after that i didn't feel the same. started to feel bad in the middle school days and in high school i got on some anti depressant pills (lexapro) i don't really remember that era of my life but i would take it on and off never a week straight or anything. but one time i took it like a week or two straight and felt clarity in my life like i knew what i was doing.

but now for the past few weeks i've been "thinking"(not really doing ----) about getting something that will help me with my adhd and depression maybe something like 5thgenlx is doing. plus at work i get panic attacks when I'm in a wired situation. can't really explain it but usually happens when a group of people maybe 3. are asking me something mostly when it's personal questions. hmmm. life sucks (do i need one pill or two? what kind)

maybe i'll get back on lexapro and something for my adhd. but with lexapro i think my blood pressure gets really high my heart starts to beat fast witch isan't that bad i guess.

with every adhd med i've taken (like four types) all have mostly the same side affects. biggest probelms are loss of appetite, and griding my teeth. right now i should be studing for the SATs but can't sit still to read a page keep thinking about other useless ----.its 50am and i'm still up.. ------ life. it's overrated

southwest2118, you just need some physical exercise. Everytime I hear "anxiety attack," that is all it means to me. Your body goes into shock because you aren't physically fit enough to deal with some mental stress. Don't get me wrong, I get them if I drink too much coffee, but out of the clear blue sky?

2BG4HNDA, glad to hear you won't be keeling over anytime soon.

Ill put my .02 in on this controversial topic, since I can relate.
Recently I had tapered off of Paxil (20mg. x 1 daily) after about 2 years. My concerns or symptoms were feeling saddness, fear and panic (anxiety) although no present danger threatened me. Ive had difficulty sleeping (reoccurring nightmares)and palpitations or racing heart beat. I also had difficulty breathing and cases of diarrhea. Ive ignored all of my life until a trusted peer advised me to get a professional opinion. After being given different scripts I found one that helped me to feel the way I believe was healthy.
I can tell anyone that I was afraid of becoming dependant on the meds, but, I am doing a lot better now without the meds. I have no cravings or withdrawal symptoms whatsoever. (this is mostly bacause I gradually tapered off of the scripts) I know that sometimes I have difficulty staying put or focussing on one specific thing. This was not an issue for me when I was taking the scripts. I see and understand how I can be more relaxed and more focussed because being on the script I was more calm. This is how I benefitted from being on meds. The sexual side effects were the most prominent, because I was not easily aroused, not did I climax quickly. I was informed that Paxil is also prescribed to individuals who reach premature ejaculation to delay thier climax.
Also I have encountered individuals who have opposed the presence of such unseen symptoms. I have been told by one man that it was "all in my head". (pretty ironic)
I still speak with a therapist once a month to discuss topics I would not normally with people.
On the upside of things I would like to share about an article I read about people with mood disorders. In summary : whereas many of the difficulties of having difficult challenges "They are very creative and very determined and will make sure that the mission is accomplished, no matter how many obstacles are presented." was written about to mentioned topic.
