Well, I'm on prozac now....
 

I have been completely out of it for over a week now, and havent felt normal at all during this time. I cant focus on ---- and I'm tired no matter how much sleep I get. I find it hard to sit up striaght and keep my head up. HArd to make decission and all kinds of ----. I just feel absolutely lost right now. Went to the doctor today. Soemthing I have NEVeR done. and he asked me a bunch of symptoms, and he told me it sounds like I'm just depressed. this sucks. I didnt know depression felt like this....damn. I feel bad for all the ppl I know who were drepressed before. So, I had them do some bloodwork on me and I'll get the results by monday. HE prescribed me some prozac. says this should make me feel al ot better in a couple weeks.

Sorry if its hard to read this. I cant focus on ---- right now. :-\

Lol s13 that was a good one, im going on add medication soon because its to the point where i cant eat a bowl of cereal and not daze off for 10-15 mins at a time :-\ not to mention my grades in school have been the lowest they have ever been.

You think you're tired and can't get anough sleep now? Wait until you start taking that prozac. SSIR's cause you to be sleepy CONSTANTLY. You can sleep for 14 hours and go to work and still be tired. :S Also, get ready for the sexual side effects. You either can't get it up or you can't bust a nut. If you can't get it up, switch medications(Zoloft, Paxil, Lexapro....). ;) Since your under medical supervision I'll assume your doctor has told you all of these things and has warned you about what happens if you try to stop taking it without weening yourself from it? :l Make sure you tell your family or at least someone close to you that your taking this medicine and tell them about the withdrawal symptoms.

Im not a huge fan of prozac etc due to the fact that at many times in life people will get bummed out its just how it is. Unless your were born with a manic disorder and other life long depression your better of just gettin over it and dealin with it but thats just me. A good vacation or some nice new puss I think does a better job than prozac

I agree since there are tons of people who take it for the wrong reasons and everytime something makes them sad in life they pop a pill. On the otherhand, there are the people who actually need it and have a chemical imbalance in their brain that makes them depressed, even if there isn't an actual reason for it. Most anti-depressants also treat other symptoms like anxiety, social anxiety, OCD(Obssesive complusive disorder), premature ejaculation(yes it treats that :P)and some other ----, but they're mainly prescribed for depression. Even if someone that was clinically depressed went on vacation and got a nice piece of ass, they would still be freaking out on the inside. :S
