JD you might be right..haven't had one in a while(2-3 years), i believe since i changed jobs and this one requires more physical activity.

I fell off the amphetamine bandwagon. It made me sleep all the time and gain weight.

damn, back from the DEAD. I havent needed mine since about 2 weeks after I first started taking them. I still have some left over from my first fill. My girlfriend did just get on lexapro however. Her doctor told her to start with halves then after a week go to whole pills, but she took a whole one after taking haves for two days and completely made her feel like ---- all day. :1

Welcome to SSRIs. She'd love full blown seratonin syndrome.

I thought this thread looked vaguely familiar.

I'm bipolar, been off my medication for over 6 months now for the first time. I was doing fine for a long time, but I slowly started going downhill. Not as bad as I used to be now, but I'm getting fed up with violent mood swings and explosive anger, been meaning to go back to my psychiatrist and get back on my meds. Was doing group therapy back when I was on medication, too, a new job and schedule made it so I couldn't attend group anymore not long after I went off my medication.

I noticed the group counseling really helped a lot, not sure how much of it was the medication and how much was the therapy. Probably medication made the bipolar syndrome less severe, and the counseling taught me to manage it better.

Shitty thing is that my mood used to go through true cycles, manic highs and depressed lows. Now I don't get the seratonin highs anymore, which used to sometimes be a lot of fun. Now I'm either just sort of average or low. Just checked my medication stash, as it turns out I still have a bunch of my mood stabilizer, 150mg Lamictal. I should slowly ease myself back into that stuff. Also have a small amount of Citalopram left, as well. Like JD said, ADD/ADHD and depression/Bipolar Disorder tend to go hand in hand, I was on Concerta in the end for my ADHD, but out now. Definitely notice I could use some of that at work, my attention span has really gone back down the *******.

I kindove enjoy it.
sounds like me. i like my solitude

I would definitely make an appt. to see your psycologist to get back on the meds dude. You would definitely benefit from it.

B16CRXT I'll be in the same boat you're in eventually, once I get enough money to afford the Dr. bills I'll rack up. I know I'm depressed, that's evident if you sit and talk with me for a few minutes. I'm not afraid to be on Prozac honestly. Sexual side effect? I don't do ---- anyway except maybe once a week with my gf (at the max) and the occasional jerkoff. If it would make me feel better and be able to focus and be positive and ----, I'm all for it. Like I said I'm not worried about being sexually dysfunctional, I'm already there.
