I'd probably take the turbo 4 rotor over the 560cid though , just to be different

I like spining my two front tires ripping into 4th gear at 90 mph 28-30 psi of boost :-)

Maybe some day ill be enlightend to the ways of the 3000gt, but right now I really dont care.
Please, show me where I said anything disparaging about any home made turbo setup. I came in because you, and your friend hotrex here can't seem to show some respect to a car.

Now, show me where I said anything that would imply that I thought the 3000GT was "the hottest ---- on the block". Guess what, I haven't

I have not "bashed" any home made setups, however, all that I hear from you is profanity, insults, and general disrespect thrown at our cars. The 3/S community is pretty close-knit, and you'll find that we give respect when it is shown in return. But when you start throwing cliched insults with no facts to back it up, you'll find that we take a little offense to that.

Once again, where did I demonstrate that I thought I was "the ----"? All I hear from both you and rawr is the common refrains that are made when one has nothing intelligent to say: "It's a 4000 lb sled", "It's a fat pig, it's slow as hell". Basically demonstrating that you have little knowledge of the platform.

And to you comment that only professional drivers can run a sub 14 second pass in a stock VR4: You once again demonstrate a lack of knowledge of the platform. Yes, if you don't know how to launch the car, you're going to have a high 14 second pass, but launching isn't that hard, it just takes practice.

If your car is as fast as you claim then good on you, you must have put a lot of time and effort into modding your car. I wish you were in the area, so that I could actually give you a race. You know what you would hear from me if I lost? "Good race, I guess I need to upgrade some more."

What area are you in anyway? If you like, I could try and set up a race with a VR4 so you can test your theory.

That's pretty funny!! I like it. But you are mistaken...all 3000gt owner's are not *******. And we don't all ---- our Mom's. Some guys on the 3000gt board can be asses, but there are probably some on this board too...(I don't know why I might think that...do you )

Hotrex 3000gt's aren't too bad man! At least the VR4's. If you drove 3VR4's and weren't impressed..you drove the wrong 3. Stock the VR4's are not that fast, but when you do a little bit to them they can be pretty impressive. No they aren't the fastest cars out there..I am not a my Dad can beat-up your Dad kind of VR4 owner. There are faster cars out there, but I love my VR4...bottom line. They are nice cars which can be very quick when they go on a little diet and add some HP

Ahh, I see. Please do not think that all 3/S owners are like that, I actually have a good deal of respect for someone who builds their own turbo system from random parts. It takes a good deal of planning and work to make the modifications and not blow the motor.

Okay got a rope, 3/4" double braid... now what?

I believe you are thinking of "transverse mounted".

So a built B16A in a GSR vs A stock VR4 and you honestly think the VR4 would win? I think its time for an e race
