Welcome to the world of handcuff's and no more "street" car. A combination of both case flex, and gear stack flex, is what is happening. Hence the reason that pretty much all SFWD cars run handcuff's same problem. Your's is amplified by big torque in a relatively heavy car. Turn down the power, or loose 5th...

Too much case flex and shaft flex. I just had to design a gear reduction system for a 30 hp conveyor belt and after running through the programs for shaft deflection all i could think about is how the ---- are you running 630 hp with those tiny shafts and flexy aluminum case. For reference the shafts for the conveyor belt gears were almost 2 inches in diameter.....for 30 frickin horsepower. I realize its two totally different things but its hard to really imagine all of that power going through the honda box that was designed for about 150 hp. Gears are very very sensitive to proper mesh and your case and shafts must just be deflecting way too much.

It has forged shafts in it... hardened forged shafts... They are NOT deflecting... Im thinking that the case flex is the issue... Know more soon.... mah have been another issue as well. I dontr feel like letting outy whats going on till im sure, but more soon...
