You're dumb.. You STILL cant spell you're.

Yes I could see how the LSD would reduce funky shockloads.... Open diff is going to have to transfer tq side to side... causing funky *** loads on the rest of the gears and ----....

A FUCKLOAD of alot more than the LSD...

Think about it.

I makes sense....

But thats MY opinion.

Till he had the tranny taken off (M2B4 LSD tranny)... The tranny had developed a BAD second gear grind, and 5th/rev was all fucked up (5th kept popping too) In addition the car was completely destroying the healthy *** LSD dragger clutch we put in it. Sooooooo we started looking around, and I found a bunch of oil coming out of the belhousing... After the tranny was taken out AGAIN!!!!!.... I went and had a look. There was a hole in the case in the bellhousing the size of a half a book of matches. Oil EVERYWHERE... and the disk and pressure plate were RUINED... I was thinking maybe he broke something like teeth off the Final Drive ring gear and it broke coming out untill I saw where the hole was (as well as the ------- pock marks all ovedr the inside of thebellhousing and the BEATEN *** PP).... Then as the shop owner was busy telling us how it wasnt his fault... I saw the thread marks from a bolt smashed into the side of the bvrokenm gash.... At which point i flipped the tranny on its bottom and lookied in... and saw one of the ------- ring gear (Flywheel ring gear) bolts sitting INSIDE the tranny on top of the LSD....

Owner of the shop insists he checked for loose bolts (as NONE of them were found when they changed the clutch out.....) ------- retard... he didnt ------- even shake the tranny (It must have been hung up somewhere in the bellhousing).... I cant berlieve that they didnt LOOK for the missinhg ---- BEFORE putting a new one in...

ANYWAYS, my friend got his hands on another M2B4 for 500 bux... MINT. He wanted to just sell the diff out of this one and throw the rest away since the gearset was haggared too.... (Wide homo you ALMOST had it... but im selfish)

Which left me with yet ANOTHER f ed up tranny in my garage... SO.... For my memorial day project... Welded the hole in the case shut, jb welded it inside and out (over the welded area) ... swapped a new second gear syncro set in it ( you know I have like 5 gerasets laying around... ) old one was hitting the gear, and not engaging/slowing the gear down at all) changed the shifting forks out for some others I had laying around... and slapped the bitch together...

Put it in the car last night... BEat the ---- out of it all day today at 18 PSI... It lives... ---- between the alignment, the traction bar adjustments, and the LSD... The car PLANTS 18 PSI in 3-4-5... Spins at the top of 2nd, but wow is the LSD nice. At first I didnt hink it would make much difference (id had the car aligned last time I drove it), but it COMPLETELY eliminated it "walking" side to side under power.... which may have been contributing to the constant breakage.... Well Im sure that the new clutch diska are helping since there is NO slop in the splines any more either... FIrst LSD tranny Ive had in it... Sure makes a difference....

CLiff notes:

Got a fucked up LSD tranny for free.
Welded the hole in the case of said tranny
Had fun with JB weld.
Swapped more semi broken ---- into a broken tranny,
Stuffed the bitch in the car....
Other than a really slight scratch into fifth (gonna see if syncromesh takes cre of it- wierd though I put a good selectopr and syncros in it))..... Tranny shifts FLAWLESSLY

RAPED THE ---- OUt OF IT ALL DAY...

Its still alive

What a ****** if thr open diff was a big part in this tranny african americany ive had. SUre would have saved some time, and money.... Im sure the power vs the weight vs the tourque biasing affected it... Cant wait to get the Built staright cut set back in it with the new LSD!!!!!

Did I mention it hooks rediculously well?

Get your dates for the death pool in.. You all know how good I am at keeping the boost down and my foot out of it......

Dude said he dont care if I break it or not, but id like to keep it alive till I get my new one. Be nice to have the shops ---- up not cost Justin any cash.

my one wheel wonder will still dirt ya out the whole

Turned it up to 21... Dropped the air to 15 PSI and went and had a bit of fun on the freeway tonight... Hooks ------- AWESOME.... Cant believe its still in one piece... full 8500 RPM 2-3-4 gear RIPPERS.

I CANT FUCKIING WAIT TO GET THE OTHER TRANNY BACK IN IT WITH LSD.....

If its anything like the improvement this one is over the usdm non lsd... It should seriously ------- amazing. I was able to increase the duty cycle in the mid RPMs to where it pulls SOOOOO hard all the way from say about 5-8500... ------- thing feels way fast.

Sounds like it too....
