i have been starting to think about that too, but i wonder how dependable they are when you start ------ with them. there is a salesman at my dealership that always has his in the shop with MAFS issues and other misc. problems, and his is stock :o

They are very dependable with that chip and the power increase is there, however as heavy as those cars are, the amount of hp they make really doesnt cut it. If you talk turbo upgrades then yea baby, GTi can spank some cars. 03 Wrx STi would be in ur price range and spank some ricer ass.

Saab 9-2x
I'm about to buy one, 220 hp 3200 lbs i think, about 25,000 on sale right now 6,000 off.
Its basically a WRX wagon that has some luxury thrown in better, steering and suspension.
When I say its a Suby I mean they use the same body, AWD system etc.

Same. I'm sick of this weaksauce car I have, going to throw a pushrod v8 in an RX7.

My buddy has a 91 LX that we're putting a 351W in.. and let me tell you there's lots of room for two big turbos ;)
