It's really easy man. I just went through the same crap (small claims court). If the guy doesn't pay you can file a claim and they will garnesh his wages or there is another you can file and the Sherrif/Police will go take property from his house to auction off to equal the amount owed.

oh well that don't sound bad. I could REALLY use some $$ right now too. In the next ~6mo I'm a)moving to SC b)getting a house c)getting married. I wouldnt mind having his turbo civic to re-do and re-sell. The muffler is literally scraping the ground on it and he's running it non-intercooled. When I sold it to him, it had a brand spankin new CCA on it ::)

I'm sure you can add court costs, lost wages, pain and suffering, and all this other bullshit, but you don't want to abuse the system, or have the judge not like that and be an ass about it.

Yeah. I'm suing for court costs. Don't want to make it look like I'm taking advantage, which Im not. Court costs are $111. I figured it'd be paid for by the tax payers but...guess not.

Edit: Just printed out +$750 worth of PayPal receipts. W00t

I'm going to show up with a stack of papers, charts and graphs. He'll arrive with a #2 pencil that needs sharpening and an attitude.

Get pictures of your bodypanels on his new car, and I guarantee the moron -----d pics of his car with your turbo ---- on it across the interweb.

Open, shut, etc. Since it sounds like he doesn't have a pot to piss in, you might get some cash and the turbo bits back. Express your worries about the defendant's financial solvency to the judge, I'm sure something can be worked out.

Good tips man! Now that I know where he works, that should be easy to get pics. Unfortunatly I dont think he gets on the net. I've spent forever looking for him but I'll try again just in case.

Go one night and take the vin bar out of his car, then take the vin out of yours. Switch them, then take pictures of the vin on that car. Try to get the judge to give you that car back. If he says it's the wrong car then he will screw him self over for switching vins.
