even if he gets served a warrant, how the hell is that going to make him pay you the money?

They can garnish his wages and/or take property and auction it off to equal the amount owed.

I took off work early to drive the hour to the Montgomery court house and they told me incorrectly over the phone. Court date is May 11th, the same week we're going to be in the middle of moving I think. That court bitch is a mark ass trick.
