i graduated high school and tried to go to college and live on my own at the same time. it wasn't happening, so i joined the air force as an aircraft electronics guy, worked for a couple years, then became a flight enineer. now i'm away from home a good bit, but get payed enough to support my hobbies and do what i want in my free time. wouldn't work for anyone with a family though...

Currently collecting worker's comp and slangin parts on HMT and HT. I've been buying and selling a lot of stuff for a pretty steady profit, but not enough to live off of. Soon as I'm not injured anymore I'm going back to school and getting a better job.

Im currently employed at a Porsche dealership, which sucks because 2 of the 3 techs quit last month and I havent slept in about 2 days. 
I make bout 40k not too bad but I could do better if I lived in a bigger city. I make some side money wrenching on mitsu's and yota's at a local performance shop.
JD thinks im wasting my life fixing german cars. He's probably right. :P

I dont see a problem unless the job itself sucks. :P I wish I could only work 3.5 days a week.

I work for the dept. of defense and the dept. of the army...sincgars communications division as an electronics tech. Pretty much I sit in front of test equipment all day (cats2 and grm's...what fun :P ) but at least I get paid decent money to do it...and I have 2 more months until my next step increase.
Then on the weekends I usually do the shitty repair work no one wants to do for a buddy of mine, all automotive based...stuff like headgaskets on dohc saturns or northstar caddilacs and stupid ---- like that. Of course once and a while is the occasional honda motor swap or turbo fab which kinda balances the shittiness out.

I busted up my shoulder at work, plumbing, so now I am sitting at home making $27 an hour from L & I. Waiting for them to schedule up surgery for my shoulder. I actually make more at home than I would if I was still working.
