Maybe, but I doubt it. I don't know him personally, but I can't see somebody like him that spends all his time working on and tuning hondas putting out information that isn't true or that he hasn't tested himself. He's believes in stock sleeves enough that he runs huge power on his own motor, so that's good enough for me.
