How much boost or whp can stock ls sleeves handle?
What's up guys i'm boosting my ls now and i wanna know how much power my stock sleeves can handle,i've got pist/rods capable of holding up to 800hp however my sleeves are stock,right now i'm boosting 12-13lbs,how far can i go?
set up

walbro in line fuel pump
450cc injec/aem fuel rail/vortech FMU
Apex s-afc,cybernation boost map,wiseco pist/rods/rings
turbonetics mark2 wastegate/turboxs bov.(this is just so u guys can have an idea)dynoed 236whp@12-13lbs

i think you could go a few more psi, but to be safe id leave it where it is if you care about it living for long....and ive seen people use both the afc and an fmu before, greddycrx, i will be doing it soon since my smc isnt throttle position dependant, this way ill have some boost-specific fuel addition

cybernation motorsports did all the job in my car,it's weird cause they installed the dsm injec.and no resistor box,they've got this thing called black magic that allows them to do anything they want with your computer,this thing is awsome,if u wanna check it out go to cybernationmotorsports.com it's really cool.

I just came from miami, I talk to the guys at cybernation they are cool, I checked there new nsx featured in modified mag, cool, but it seems they use an fmu on all their setups, I ask them why? and they say for extra security, they aslo build their own turbos, and headgaskets, manifolds, most of their products.

yeah, i know a lot of people that run fmu's along with other fuel management such as afc hack, i even know a guy that has an fmu on a b18c turbo hatch with hondat?? don't ask me

yeah mine isn't a vtech,and i also got a stock clutch,e guy just pulled 274whp yesterday@15 lbs with the exactaly the same set up i got,is that good or what?
