I'd go with lease agreement or utility bill.

Yeah seems like that would be the easiest to BS through since it doesn't involve chopping a photo and making sure it's the current version or ID. I have never seen a lease agreement. Maybe google shall guide me.

i have to respectfully disagree....

i work for a company that takes 60,000+ calls a week just in OUR call center and that doesnt even include the other location or countries we service. and EVERY call is recorded.

its doesnt cost ---- to record calls, just a few huge hard drives and the software.....

but then again, i work for a company that does 200,000,000,000 (billion) in revenue each year. so a 100TB hard drive and a $10,000 software isnt ----.

I do agree. We "recorded calls for quality assurance" also. Only a few calls got recorded and that was for them to check and makes sure we were doing things right. We were a out sourced call center also. We had Pacificare insurance, Cingular, T-Mobile, Comcast, and American Express in the same building. Jorsher and my other friend worked for Cingular there and they are the same way. They don't record every conversation, and the ones they do are deleted as soon as they "grade" them.
