ummm, i am surprised no one has mentioned this to you yet, but ALL of their calls are recorded. have them pull the call and review it. if the cust serv rep didnt inform you then your fine, if they did and you agreed, then your fucked and have to weasel out of it with fake id's and no service thing.

thats not how it works. You're supposed to just write notes on the account, most reps dont even do that.

actually, yes, that is how it works, anything that is "regulated" by the gov't is.

i have had tmobil for damn near 6 years. EVERY call that comes in is recorded for "quality assurance".

just have them pull the call. you must know the date and time and rep you spoke with, otherwise, they cant do ----.

They just tell you that incase the rep has someone on the line reveiwing their call. With the ammount of calls we pulled into our call center daily, there's no ------- way that we could afford to record and store every one. They cant pull any call and they have no log, trust me. Customer service branches are outsourced to comapnies like Teleperformance USA.

---- contracts and ---- the first line of the call center, whe you call in ask to speak to a manager immediatly and be very upfront about ur situation, if thats fails ask to speak to the managers manager, keep moving it up tilll you get an answer you like

the farther you move up the more reluctant supervisors are going to be. Suvervisors in the call center want you to sell additional services and get people off the phone as fast as ------- possible, they don't care if you fix anything or not. Your best bet is to find someone who works there who knows what they're doing and dont nessicairly give a ---- about company pollicy or can be talked into doing something without asking their supervisor.

Couldn't find a addy so I went with a addy I found in Turner, MT 59542. I have to show a copy of a license, utility bill, lease agreement, or mortgage statement from there. So anyone have a license from Mt? Hook a nog up :6
