blown turbo

Re: blaast fucked my turbo
Wait, you live an hour away from the US but don't ship from the US? I thought it was a fairly common thing to drive in the US to pick up packages and ship them off to save time? Don't you think it would be worth your time to drive an hour to drop off turbos once or twice a week? Seems pretty logical to me. I think people would be way more willing to buy from your company if they knew you'd ship from the US vs Canada.

I offerred to rebuild it again for free but he decided to re-use it as-is since it still looked fine and certainly because he didn't want to wait any longer. Well, obvisouly, it was damaged from being used with a loose cover and it failed. I would also be pissed off with such bad luck but really...who fucked the turbo? If you run a brand spanking new turbo with a loose compressor cover, would it last any longer? Would GARRETT themselves warranty a turbo that was used with a loose cover?
and buk, if you want to call me a pole smoker, say it to my face. i live in santa clarita, ca and will be back there from work on the 22nd. send me a pm and maybe we can meet up.
and imburne, thanks for speaking on my behalf while i was gone, let me know when the hoodies come in and i will come pick one up off you.

Re: blown turbo
Its good to see that there is SOME humanity on HMT.
I really find it unfortunate that bitchassCracker started talking ---- about BLAAST when we spoke about larger turbines for the bricks (volvos for ignorants). He immediatly sent me a link and started insulting them.
I love it when i see retarded people trying to bash someone up because they are too self centered and ----- that they cant even admit their errors.
I dealt with Guillaume from BLAAST the following day BitchassCracker made the comments. Within 24hours lol within 16 hours (follwing day) he had the entire turbo ready for action.
We got the turbo, chatted a bit, drove back home to replace the turbo (1h drive). We had a little trouble clocking it and i personnaly never clocked a turbo and didnt want to damage anything, so at around 7-8pm i called up Guillaume, who answered (respect!). He helped me out, explained everything clearly, i just told him, i rather come and see him, the next day of course.
The following day which was yesterday, i drive up with my buddy to see him, he spent 3 hours helping us with the oil returns/clocking/studs basically anything and everything we had questions or worries about.
Ive dealt with big companies, small compagnies you name it i did it. I never got as good of a service from ANYONE as i got from BLAAST, or at least i never got this kind of quality service without having a bill telling me i OWE 350$ because i asked a couple of questions and had a couple of worries.
For all the ---- mentionned above, i would recommend, and i will send everyone i know to BLAAST for all boost related material.
Seriously, mad props for amazing service, down to earth honnest people who know how to take care of their customers and mostly how to treat people in general.
And i respect you guys for dealing politely with people who talk ----.
ps: thanks for the extra oil return and your time BLAAST
