On the turbo I purchased from him most of the bolts were loose, some bottomed out before they were tight. I just ground them down and snugged them all up. Its not somthing you should just throw in and say good to go, its on of those things that should be checked. I understand that ur pissed tho, hopefully you guys can work somthing out. My turbo was shipped to me in about a week, no real complaints here.

so when you pay to get a motor rebuilt you should have to go through and re torque everything ? ---- that dont make excuses for that french piece of ----. this is like the 15h time this has happened.
