Mine was great and super quick as I am also in Canada. It's funny to see how upset all the americans get when they have to wait for shipping, Canadians etc just factor in long shipping times into their builds as nearly everything has to come through customs if you want to pay a decent price. And that doesn't include the standard UPS brokerage raping that leaves anyones *** looking "chowdered".

its definitely not your job to check...but you didnt notice that when you were putting it in? Unless it was just barely loose and then got worse over time. Anyway, Id rather have a used OEM turbo or a brand new one than a rebuild, but thats just me.

get ready for the excuses if he ever does respond, never trust the french, ive lived in this country long enough to know that. but its most likely he gets most of his business from these local frenchturds, so if he decides not to get back to you im sure he not loosing out on that big of a piece of the ol' profit pie
guess it's really hit or miss
