I told you this thread will blow up kyle.
Some very solid advice from the crew (once again). That's funny about the shallow chicks part. -Ryan |
Re:bassing it up
I've had the same system in my car since the year I got it (1996) It's not the greatest, but it has always been fine for me.
2 Crunch 12's - $75 used 8 years ago Custom isobaric enclosure .75 ft³ RF Punch 60ix bridged mono at 1 ohm Punch 40i pushing 2 MTX Black Gold 6½'s and 2 Pioneer 3 ways in the doors. MTX RTX01 xover The head unit has changed a few times. I just use whatever I can get cheap that has 2 pre-outs. I also put in a Clifford ACE 500 alarm that is still going strong today. I think I paid around $1000 total for everything with the alarm being half of that and it has lasted 8 years so that's a pretty decent return on investment. The amps were bought brand new at an electronics clearance. |
Re:bassing it up
I have two rockford HX2 punch subs, 1000watts a piece baby :-* and a alpine v12 amp, pretty powerfull ----!

Re:bassing it up
I thought that with all the hatred of looking fast and not going fast people on here wouldn't be in touch with sounding good, but I guess not. I'll go hit up wal-mart and a few of the audio stores around to get some ideas. would anyone recomend sony xplod ----? I know walmart sells it.
