That curve is amazing!

I thought you could rev subby boxers up to 7k—What's the top rpm once the SC belt stays on??

 

I am ECU limited to 6500-6700 ish.

 

This build is sick. and as lame as this sounds I love the paint scheme! Do you know what it runs in the 1/4 since the last dyno sheet?

 

this tranny is killing me. For the life of me I can't get it into 3rd under pressure. Not sure if it me, the syncros, or both.....

My first run of the night was the best, but even then I stumbled around until I could actually get it into 3rd, good second or so...

so you got any more info on that supercharger of yours? the m62 is that the one out of the supercoupes?? also, that electric a/c clutch on it, how is that wired up and whatnot??

The supercharger is from the Kompressor series Mercedes.

 

I haven't heard very good things about subaru trannys. Its a shame that after all that work you are still having issues. It will all be worth it in the end right? Can't wait to see it with a good tranny in this thing probably low 11's high 10's.

 

well i just spent 30 min catching up on what i missed... seemes like an interesting past year you had..

Transmisions suck... all of them... but besides the transmisson sounds like the engine is A++ have any plans to solve the trany issues.??

 

I am 90% sure I figured out why it won't shift into third under load. Bad tranny mounts.

But long story short, I am replacing the motor with a better built one.

 

even more power this time around?
