Is 170-200 whp to much to ask for from a IHI RHB5?Or would 160 ish be more reasonable.

There is a certain civic with a d15b that is knockin on 12's with an ihi but the motor isnt stock.

im guessing if you get the right settup you might get anywhere between 170 to 190 hp with a good tune on a chipped ecu.
those turbos are really small and wont make that much power but spool very fast. it whould make a nice, fun daily driver for city driving.
but like i said, tunning and the right settup is the key here.
look at the turbo projects section. i saw quite a few IHI RHB5 settups. if you want to know how much hp theyre making, just pm them.
i think that Whitey even did a twin IHI RHB5 settup if i remember correctly.

you're right, but im sure you agree the D is worth boosting so I didn't feel bad about bringing them in on this one...

ihi turbo is small but from what I have seen works great and is a fun car. I also like the smaller kkk turbos on the D
