When 1st time run turboed car, what fuel setting? SMC related

Ok so say i got everything done, all oil lines hooked up, all pipes all the injectors are good... and i use a SMC or SMC 500..

what do i set to get it into "safe" mode so i can drive for now to the dyno shop to get it tuned??

Pick some of the settings in the "settings post" in the engine management section. If you have an air/fuel gauge then just make sure its in rich till you get to the dyno.

ok but i need SMC settings...

also even at rich, when i arrive at dyno, they still gonna run my car at WOT to redline.. is it safe?

to just drive it to the dyno?...just put it all at -35, it will run real rich

Ok -35.. but what i'm worried is, regardless if i tow or not, the dyno operator doesn't know the A/F unless he runs it at WOT on the dyno to redline, so if he does that, doesn't that pose a risk?
