Default whats wrong?

ok I just completed a setup on my civic d16y7 and I started it and I noticed that my exhaust from the adapter plate I pulled off the exhaust header to find the leak then I noticed that there was a some short of liquid on the adapter plate it looked like oil but not for sure. I tried to fix the leak and put it all back together then I noticed that my oil pressure light was coming on so I shut it off. So could I be losing oil pressure from the turbo from the oil going into the exhaust?

Cant get you guage to work? Why not? You might have bad seals in your turbo and are leaking oil. How many miles are on your car? Could just be teh oil pump. Need more info to really tell you.

I have 50,000 miles and im pretty sure that the oil pump is good but can the turbo have that bad of a seal to make it lose pressure and not to make the guage not read anything.

First off you hook your boost gauge up to your intake mani. Any of the lines off the mani will work. Your oil pressure gauge woul be easiest to work off the tee on the back of your block.

yes it is slowly going down. I just took the turbo back off yesterday oil was coming out of the intake part of the turbo but not the exhaust. It wasnt alot of oil maybe 2 ounces of oil but i still cant figure out why it was losing pressure if only leaking that little?

you know where your idiot light hooks up? (oil light) Pull the boot off and that is where you hook up the oil pressure gauge.
