well, i have an 89 si crx with a b16a cable trans. the clutch is so freakin hard to push in its amazing. its just a stock clutch, it grabs fine and everything. i went and drove my friends b16a with a stage 1 act in it. its gotta be like 10 time easier to push in then mine. WHATS GOING ON!!! i just changed the cable too, nothing changed.

does your friend have a cable (88-91) b16a in there? cuz if hes using a hydro maybe thats why his feels easier.

yea his is cable too....my clutch is jigga dee jacked some how.

you might have a kink in the cable somewhere? since the swap

Dane, it could be that your factory flywheel has a huge step in it, and is making a pretty heavy load with your pressure plate..

Happened to me in my 89 civic once, i ignored it, but if its as bad as you say, i would take a look at it.
