For the boost problem im going to check first with other boost gauge.

Another problem i have, are the car runs like if i have a very small turbo, the car stops to create power at 6k and won´t rev more than that. I was thinking the problem was maybe the basemap that at 6k have to much fuel or something.

As additional information, the turbo starts to create boost at 3k in 1st gear, i don´t know if is normal for that turbo A/R .50 / .63

 

Sounds like a tuning issue. Don't try to make that turbo sound like it was built by volvo when in reality it was built by a 4 year old oriental.

If you think you have problems now, just wait...

 

post up a better shot of the flapper are if you can...looks like it cant open every far since the actual wg housing isnt very thick/deep
