if you can find some vacuum diagrams for the starion, that would help.
you probably have to hook up the lines the way you did to get the arm to extend.

 

hmmm .. yeh thats quite a unique setup.
i'd think that they would be a vacuum source of some kind , but having 3 nipples does put doubt to mind.

Just run your setup as usual , maybe one is some sort of bleeder valve.
Block it off or sumthing c wat happens
