Hi there, I was reading some of the posts and wanted to know if anyone can help me out here. I have a 00 civic ex automatic. I just want a nice basic turbo setup nothing too fancy since I'm not reallying goin to be racing but i do wanna gain some extra bit of HP. Can someone please tell me what route to go and howmuch will it all cost me? Thanks

dont listen to these guys.Ive heard of auto civics running high 12's.automatic means consistent #'s at the track.besides I gota 88 hatch with a d16z6 swap and I plan on turboing it just to be different.only down fall is the 1.5 tranny but Ill fix that.go to turbo projects on this site and youll see how easy it is and how cheap it'll cost ($500.00 and up) .good luck

 

i'd rather drive a 5spd 100hp then a boosted auto. You could just wait till your tranny takes a ---- on you (which it will) and then convert to 5spd.
