It looks alright to me....
But if I was in the market for a new intercooler, I would try one of those new SSautochrome bar and plate intercoolers...
I know SSautochrome sucks and all, but I would still like to try one of their bar and plate intercoolers, they are super cheap!

Max Recommended PSI: 12psi
We have a guy who sells intercoolers here on HMT for $200 shipped. It's a couple dollars more, but you're buying a tried and true product that has been used and abused my several hundred people on this site. They are tested up to 30psi and have larger cores than that seller. I've never heard of one blowing up after 12psi either.

EDIT: Also, I wouldn't feel comfortable buying an intercooler from a guy who sells hair curlers and bed ------s. :P

I have a bar and plate 24x12x3 Intercooler I bought from XS power (I know, dont tell me thier history) on ebay, the design lacks as the endtanks in/out is not centered but for $270 CAD its a hell of a deal.

If you're going to get a cheap IC, definately don't get that ebay core. Not only is it of questionable quality, but compair it to the johnnyracecar prices & sizes. The old jrc fmic is bigger AND cheaper @$170 shipped. That ebay fmic is $185 (145+40) shipped. The problem is that your ebay fmic is a very inefficient extruded type compaired to the tube & fin design of the jrc. For $15 less you can get the old jrc fmic, and for $15 more you can get either a customcoach or new jrc fmic.
The other option would be the xspower/ssautocrap bar&plate, as mentioned. My brother ordered one almost 2 weeks ago (still waiting...), so I can't really say how good/bad it is. I've not seen it in person, nor any user feedback.
