Just send it to a machinest to have it done. It'd be your best bet and having the bottom end done isn't that expensive. Be worth your money.

Vitara's and tt's or eagles, or fjt's = $300 bottom end. WTF would you spend the $ having a machinist put it together for? you could ---- it up like 3 times and still be cheaper then a "built" bottom end. That and this is HMT not heylookwhatIpaidtohavebuilt.com

I want to say I had nearly .008, with the standard 75mm vitara's and a quick hone job. they rattle like ----------ers when the engine is cold and it burns some oil until it warms up then she's fine. i've got like 8,000 miles on it and it still runs strong.
