Line from block breather-can-turbo intake. than blocking off the pcv port on intake manifold.

In a boosted honda 98% of the time you shoot for a 0.040" to 0.045" ptw, tighter if you are 150hp fanboi, and looser if you are building a 1000hp race motor.

This being HMT, we just drop the vitara's in and go, ---- vitara's and rods and a whole D series block, costs less then just good machine work, or a decent head job, if it ***** up you just throw it in the trash and do it again.

If you are too poor to be comfortable with that, then you should probably have something built with good parts, and get a good tune, so you don't waste the few $$$ you have.

If this question is because you just bought over sized vitara's and you, want to double check before you take your block for machining. Then have them go for 0.040" if you are shooting for the 300whp range, and 0.045" if you are going to go to the track with some race gas and go for 400whp or beyond to the vitara record.
you ment in the range of .0045 correct? .04 seems excessive. lol

Oil pump mods, normally shim the pump for more pressure. Sorry don't have any pics, but there are lots out there. http://www.turbod16.com/viewtopic.ph...t&sd=a&start=0 edited to add link, for pics

Breather mods, I always run a min of 2 -10an lines off the valve cover to a breather box, and have it drain back to the block.

Most of the pcv breather info i have seen ran a line to the turbo intake for vacuum. Is this needed? or can i just run two lines from vc to catchcan, than one line from catchcan to beather box port on block? and also does 90dx want to chime in and give some info on the fitting in place of the breather box? did you just tap the hole? what size? doesnt appear to be a lot of metal to play with there?

Well since I did 90% of the welding on 90dx's car, and was around when he built that and the ls, and ... I will answer it anyway

there are plugs on the back of the motor, you unthread, like about a 17mm hex. then you replace with ones with fittings, I think one he got right from honda, the other one took to long so we just drilled it, and I tig'd on a steel AN fitting. I have also done it ghetto style with just making another hole in the back side of the pan, jb welding a brass fitting in and good enough.

No never bothered with the vacuum from the turbo or the exhaust. As long as there isn't any restriction you are fine, as PCV stands for positive crankcase ventilation, in other words it is pressurized, the more power you make, and the more boost you run the more this pressure, to the point that it can cause damage to seals, and bearings if it doesn't have a path to go.

Also 90dx's on the d15b is not tapped it is a B&R fittings piece that fits right in with o rings is held in place by a retaining bolt, and converts to -12an

Sorry I miss read what you were asking earlier.
