Twin Turbo D16Z6
like I said before the lag isn't bad at all. I hit 4.4 pounds at half throttle by 4K rpms. When I rev it it spools 2 pounds with no load on the motor. But yeah it has a shitload more lag than using just one IHI that hits full boost at 2K.
I'm hoping to have this thing done for the PA meet at Maple Grove although it won't be legal to run by than. I still need to run an exhaust, install a battery box, and shut off switch. Its not going to do any impressive numbers until the motor is built. Also it still has the STD 4 speed trans. I just installed my VAFC, 2 step colder plugs and I'm waiting on 450cc injectors that should be here this week. I don't really have time to work on it becuase Penn State and drinking now consume alot of my time. I do drive it around but I don't really beat on it because its A/F is 14.3 to 14.7 so I dont go above 2psi. Here's what the inside looks like now with the VAFC..
