i would also like to know how it is only running 8 psi with the 2 turbos...that is odd if they are internallt gated...and what are those turbo's off of or are they new...i am sorry if these are dumb questions

The smoke was caused by an oversite on installation, it was fixed a long time ago Why is it odd that its only running 8psi? The wastegates are set at 8psi and open when the manifold sees 8psi. it wouldn't matter if there were 20 turbos on there it would still only run 8psi.
If you want me to build a manifold I need the car to build it off of. If I just built a manifold and sent it to you, the odds are 100% that it would hit something and wouldn't fit

i have a 92 civic HB SI and i have no AC or power steering anymore....so would it be possible to just copy yours and have the flanges for a 14B instead...just wondering...it is a JDM single cam ZC and i think it would be sweet as hell if you could make me one....and if you did what do you think the prices would be for the manifold and how much would you charge me to make a manifold for a T25 with a external wastegate for a deltagate...just some questions for ya...if you would..can you call me at 847-456-7553 so we can talk about this instead of typing away...if not its ok

I'd love to see some videos of it running to see when it spools. Those runners look huge and I would have thought they'd hurt your boost threshold.
The welds are, well not pretty on the outside. Are they smooth on the inside? Did you add any slip joints so the heat doesn't crack it?
For fuel I'd recommend you just chip the ECU and get it running with a boost map. I'm sure someone around you could tune a chip for you. Hell if you were in Ottawa I'd tune and chip that bitch for free.

Its got upgraded fuel management so I don't need chips or anything. But the hack really works good. I ported the welds on the inside, I worked with what I had and I never intended for the kit to be a show piece, just functional.
