i have some experince on this, there are a few parts that most dsm experts will suggest that you change before going na/turbo on the 4g63 they suggest that you get a turbo exhaust cam from a turbo car, and the knock sensor from a 1g turbo car, I am not sure why but when I had my na talon I contacted buschur racing and a local shop show down motor sports and they told me the same thing!!! and yes the 02 is a must!!!

sell the setup, and the car and buy a tsi. u'll get ur turbo, AND all wheel drive, and save yourself some headaches.

Ive done non turbo to turbo conversions and the motors dont last.If you switch out the head to a turbo head and do turbo pistons you will pretty much be identical to a turbo 4g63 minus the stronger tranny and oil squirters.
