turboing a talon

i have a 94 eagle talon es DOHC, and was wondering if anyone can help me with some of my questions? i am going to turbo it with a t3, but was wondering what is about the max psi i can run before changing pistons and also if i have to actually hook up my stock o2 sensor on my old manifold or can i just bypass that? and also if there is anything else especially for this car i need before putting a turbo on it.

Wow buddy, yes there's a few other things you're gonna need before slappin a turbo on dis bitch, such as manifold (unless someone makes adapter plates for the n/a manifold) fmu and check valves at the VERY LEAST. And that still might blow your ----. Do yourself a favor and read the faq, it will answer all your questions and then the next 10 that you would have made topics about.

What do you mean by "special"? I've never turboed a DSM but I don't think it will run right without an O2 sensor. Usually this is installed in the downpipe not too far down from the turbo.

special as in, it only goes on a talon turbo or is made just for it, but i dont think that there is. but i am glad to know that i wont have to have that o2 sensor installed
thanx

Wait what? I'm pretty sure you DO NEED the O2 sensor. ARGggggg what setup do you plan on running? Be specific.

Re:turboing a talon

i plan to run a t3/t4 turbo, with the turbo manifold, up the injectors to about 550 or 680cc's have an intercooler, bov, and everything else. all i was wondering was if i could bypass the o2 sensor that would be attached to the turbo, or can i just forget about the o2 sensor, thats all i was asking, is the o2 sensor a must, yes or no or maybe?

"Everything else" is not specific ::)
You still need some type of fuel management. And I'm saying the O2 is a must on this one... Other people here have turbo'd DSMs so I'll let them chime in on that issue.

OK buddy. I will help you out. First off I have never heard anybody running without an O2 sensor. BAD IDEA! Trust me. This is the place to make a turbo kit for your car but I have no idea on how to tune it. I would suggest going to 4G63.com and find your tuning stuff there and they would know alot more on that. As far as everything else goes. Like finding a turbo or BOV and any other question you have we might be able to answer them. ;)
