yeah, no ---- huh? so i really think that this is just a problem of a previously ever so slightly bent valve...
run ITR valves again? run standard PR3 valves? run some aftermarket valves?... and i hear more shitty things about aftermarket ones than OEM...

yeah? WTF... its on EVERY SINGLE ROCKER... VTEC/Secondary/Primary.... same spot all the way across... intake and exhaust... no other real signs of wear that are out of the normal... i dont really see anything that matches on the cams...
both times installing the head (B16A and B16B) and cam swap i have used engine assembly lube all over everything. and Mobil 1 after "break in"....
I told everyone going through this, mine wre WAY worse, completely gouged. Mobil 1 is ----. Royal purple saved my valvetrain..... at only a buck more a qt its worth it.

yeah but im not so sure its an oil issue at this moment... the 'grove' is only about a 1mm wide...
but maybe i will make the switch to RP... but i buy MB1 at walmart for 24bucks for 5qts. last time i checked RP was like 7.99qt...

do some research on the reduction of zinc dithiophosphate in engine oil there was quite afew articles about 1 1/2 years ago in some shop magazines
