Default turbo leaking oil.....help

i just clocked my turbo the other day to get the turbine house a little more in line. I secured all the bolts and everything is tight, but now i am leaking oil inbetween the center oil housing and the turbine housing. Do i need to replace that seal?

You can try clocking it back if you want to see if it goes away. Was this a new turbo? Its pretty common for older turbos to leak from there, this typically means you need a rebuild.

Id run it, and when you start seeing a nice accumulation of oil in your charge pipes and TB, call it a day and hit the junkyards.
