Default OIL Leaking please help

well hi guys, well i posted in general but noone had an answer maby u trubo guys cna help, my rex, mini me has been smoking for a while now and now it bareley starts up from oil on the plugs, now what i cant figure out is wether the oil is getting in from top or bottom, i mean if its a head thing i could just redo my guide seals and maby cange the valves form the a6 head. any way to find out if its the rings or valves.

i did a compression test and the #3 cyl has less than 60 psi, bent valve? please help

if your rings are bad you'll smoke like a mother since oil is getting past the rings into the combustion chamber...as you can tell this also destroys the entire "compression" ability of the cylinder too.

I bet if you pull your dipstick and smell the oil you'll smell gas in it too.
