The holes look like the 4th pic in the hyperlink? Is it a place for water injection? What would the best way to hook it up on a b series ls?

learn to post a link, it opened up my mail and was about to send a e-mail to that link. it is a water cooled turbo, but alot of people don't run it cause it just makes it harder and more stuff in an already cramped setup.

put url insted of email. and some people say that hooking up the coolant lines extends the life of the turbo but if you are running a jy turbo dont bother

its not that necessary to run the coolant lines...more hassle. just drop some ice cubes in your oil to make up for it
