Default Ticking Before Boost and Engine CEL

After boosting the car ticks/knock right bfore boost then disappears as I hit pressure (maybe drowned out by spooling turbbo?). Doesn't sound like a rod or anything that harsh, more like really loud valve tap? Any ideas.

Also I i have to idle for long, like warming the car up for a long time or waiting in a long drive thru I soon Get a 02 sensor Light. Could I be burning rich/lean? at idle?

ticking is usually valvetrain noise. What is your oil pressure when it's happening?

could you be rich/lean at idle? most definately.

I did have valve tap prior to turbo, but it's worse now, I don't think oil pressure is a problem. Have a gauge before turbo and it read 60-65 psi.

Will it hurt to lean the maps out at idle?
