Default Tappet clearance for Turbo setups

What should be the tappet clearance when a B-series is turboed?. The stock settings are like 0.15-0.17 for Intake cam and 0.17-0.19 for Exhaust cam.
Does increasing/decreasing the clearance help in breathing the engine in a better way?

HAHAHAH Sent to the loose side of the factory spec. The valve looses heat everytime it makes contact with the seat. There for it is important to make sure that it is seating. IF you are hanging the valve, it has a high chance of burning it up.
