The top one that i looked at is just slightly better then ssautosshit....the manifold is not the stainles stele, pos...so i dont think that it will crack as quick...
The BOV wastegate, are both chinese...wich is not really aproblem in my opinion....what you need to watch out for is the ching chan chong meow turbos, they are not made with customer stisfacion in mind.....stock oil presure will blow the seals, so you need to use a restrictor, true with most turbos, but expesialy these if you want it to last for any period of time.....

all the kits seem to look as if there built the same style ie manifolds turbo bov ect but how reliable are they dose anyone have experance with these kits and this is my first turbo project .. how dose the restrictor work dose it limit the turbo from getting too much oil??

if i were you id beice a kit to gether....hence HMT...home made turbo.....hmm

get a used turbo....alot of them are floating around right now....you can still go with chin chang chogn BOV and wastegate.....

Donald has pipeing kits with couplers for under 100.00...he also has bov i think and boost controlers....https://www.homemadeturbo.com/forum/...?topic=72836.0

Stealth Mode has oil llines and a restrictor....http://www.---------------------------/

Iv never used or seen that cast manifold that was in the pic, but there are alot of them floating around as well..you could get everything you need, at probly a lesser price, and not have to wory about you turbo pooping out on ya in 500 miles....

and the oil restrector is exactly what you said...reduces the amount of oil that can get in to the turbo.....

dude if youve read it once youve read it a billion times. GARBAGE! there are SOME good products by those companies but most are ----! the wastegates are good, cast manifolds are good

the turbos suck, havent seen one in person LAST, heard good info from online though. the stainless manifolds... haha thats all i have to say. intercooler and cheapass piping/couplers/downpipe are just horrible. your at homemadeturbo, not cheapchineseturbo do it right with old junkyard parts.

most pieces of the ching chang meow kits are ok, like other people say. Mainly the parts that don't have many moving parts (manifold, BOV, intercooler, wastegate) It's the turbo you really gotta worry about. The piping and couplers work but arn't the best. If you could get some of the good parts from those ebay kits, and put in your own good turbo (like a garrett or something), stealthmode oil lines, some decent piping and couplers, and most importantly fuel management, you'd have a pretty solid kit.

Do i reccomend buy one of those kits? Absolutly not. You can do better, for less money.
