You shouldnt have overtightened it in the first place! I know thats how it broke hehe I did the same thing. I also had an extractor break off in mine too lol. I eventuayl had to remove the turbo and drill out the extractor. I used a second extractor and it finaly came out. Good luck with it and when you are done clean it clean it clean it!

good luck welding brass, if any thing braze it, take your time and drill it out as much as you can before geting in to the threads get a tap and rethread or use foowees idea (have you seen that done before?) 1.5 hrs when i snaped a cam shaft bolt its very tedious but do-able. good luck

i tryed my best
it just gets fucked even more each attemp
finally broke down and sent it to blaast performance

if he cant get it out hell put in the new center+rebuild for $200

lol ya you can onley put up with it for so long. lol i broke my oil drain pan when i snaped my manifold stud from the rage (oil every where)
