LOL FOOKed
you can buy one of those reverse threaded extractor. It`s like a screw that will thread into the broken part and loosen it up as you turn it.

Reverse drill bits help. Sometimes whatever is broken off will back out a little with reverse bits. If you're good with a drill you can drill out the center and pull the threads of the restrictor out with a pick. If you don't have the right size tap you can always use a hacksaw to cut flutes into an extra fitting/bolt to make your own...

I've also seen people weld material onto broken bolts. Then use vicegrips to back out whatever is stuck. What material is the restrictor made of?

You could also use a wizwheel/dremel to cut a slot for a flat head screwdriver to mate with. Be creative, and you'll get it out...

donald he said he already snaped off an extractor in the fitting...

Take a needle nose and open it inside the broke off piece. Try to get it to dig into the brass and loosen.
