Rebuilding it yourself is a good idea, but you still have to get it ballanced. Turbo shafts spin at 70,000 to 80,000 RPM, a small imballance will shake it to pieces in no time, find a turbo shop to ballance everything after the rebuild or you will be doing it again.

After phoning ADP today i found out that my oil seals may be fine and that the problme may be due to my oil return line. My turbo sits really low with respect to my oil pan, so i have a 90 degree bent hose that drops only 1 inch from the turbo. This caused the oil and the turbo to back up and seep through the rings, there isnt actually oil seals that seal it, it is more like the pistons in your engine where a ring seals it. Anyways now im going to have to figure out how to fix this oil return problem.
